Course Overview

The Generative AI at Work program is a practical, hands-on training experience designed to help learners use modern AI tools to improve productivity, communication, and everyday problem-solving in the workplace. I’m passionate about building talent and driving workforce innovation. Over the years, I’ve developed and deployed nationwide programs across technologies like Mainframe, RPG, Oracle EBS, Guidewire, Cybersecurity, and Generative AI.

My focus is on creating immersive “Hire-Train-Deploy” models that help entry- and mid-level professionals accelerate into meaningful roles with top enterprise clients. I combine technical training, leadership development, and hands-on learning design to prepare learners for long-term success in the tech industry.
