Course Overview
The Generative AI at Work program is a practical, hands-on training experience designed to help learners use modern AI tools to improve productivity, communication, and everyday problem-solving in the workplace. This course is built for non-technical professionals and focuses on real-world application rather than software development, coding, or data science.
Throughout the program, learners develop strong prompt-writing and AI interaction skills while applying Generative AI to common business tasks such as creating documents and presentations, managing email and communication, analyzing spreadsheets, conducting research, and supporting collaboration through chats and digital tools. The program emphasizes responsible AI use, ethical considerations, workflow automation, and effective decision-making with AI support.
Learners are also introduced to modern collaboration practices and AI-assisted work habits that reflect today’s professional environments. By the end of the program, participants will be able to confidently integrate Generative AI into their daily workflows, streamline repetitive tasks, enhance the quality and speed of their work, and deliver a final AI-powered capstone project that demonstrates real business impact.
